SAE J517 R9 Standard Hose Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose
Hydraulic Hose Product Introduction
The internal hose is made of synthetic rubber, extruded integrally without joints and with uniform thickness; its reinforcement structure consists of 4 layers of steel wire spiral, and the covering is made of anti-abrasive synthetic rubber that is resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions. For its fittings, the ferrule adopts the No-skive Type DPF4T, and the insert is DPX4XX (X is selectable). This hose has obtained U.S. MSHA Approval and CHN MA Approval. Its working pressure ranges from 172 to 276 Bar (equivalent to 2494 to 4002 PSI), and the impulse times can reach no less than 500,000 times. As for the working temperature, it ranges from -40 °C to +120 °C (intermittently up to 125 °C); for water-based fluids, the working temperature is from -40 °C to +70 °C, and for hot air, it is from 0 °C to +70 °C, noting that prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce the hose’s service life. The recommended media for this hose include petroleum-based hydraulic fluids (mineral oils), glycol-water based fluids, water and lubricants.
