 Rotorless Rheometer Rubber Operating Procedure

 

Power-on Preheating: Turn on the equipment power, the equipment automatically heats up and preheats, turn on the computer at the same time, and set the equipment status to running

Program Login and Parameter Setting: Double-click the rheometer icon on the desktop, enter the administrator password to log in to the system, check the equipment connection, fill in the test parameters in the rubber basic data column, and click Execute Test to enter the main operation screen

Sample Loading and Testing: After the temperature is stable, place the rubber material lined with release paper in the center of the mold cavity, press the double start buttons with both hands at the same time, the mold cavity closes, and the test starts automatically; after reaching the set time, the mold cavity automatically rises, and take out the sample with tweezers

Data Processing: Save or print the test data, and repeat the operation for the next sample test

Shutdown Process: After completing multiple sets of tests, exit the operation program and turn off the host power
