SAE 100R2AT Hydraulic Hose | 2-layers Steel Wire Braided

 

 

Hydraulic Hose product introduction

 

The internal hose is made of synthetic rubber, extruded whole without joints and of uniform thickness. It is reinforced with 2 layers of steel wire braid, and the covering is anti-abrasive synthetic rubber resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions. For fittings, the ferrule is No‑skive Type DPF2T and the insert is DPX2XX (X can be chosen). The product is approved with MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA certificates. Working pressure is 80–415 Bar / 1160–6017 PSI, with impulse times of no less than 200,000 times. The operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +100 °C (intermittent up to 120 °C), -40 °C to +70 °C for water‑based fluids, and 0 °C to +70 °C for hot air; prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce hose life. Suitable media include mineral and biological oils, glycol‑water based fluids, water and lubricants.
