BS EN 1762 LPG Hoses 1W Wire Braided Fluid Hose

Internal hose is made of synthetic rubber, extruded whole without joints and of uniform thickness. Reinforcement consists of 1 layer of steel wire braid. Covering is anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions. Fittings include ferrule LPG‑XX and insert DPX1XX (X can be chosen). The product is an BS EN 1762 LPG hose, 1W fluid hydraulic hose, approved with MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA certificates. Working pressure is 25 Bar / 362.5 PSI. Temperature range is -40 °C to +100 °C (intermittent 120 °C), -40 °C to +70 °C for water‑based fluids, and 0 °C to +70 °C for hot air; prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce hose life. Suitable media include mineral and biological oils, glycol‑water based fluids, water and lubricants.
