Internal hose is made of synthetic rubber resistant to petrol and diesel fuel, extruded whole without joints and with uniform thickness, featuring anti-static electricity with R < 1MΩ. The reinforcement consists of 1 layer of steel wire braid. The covering is anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions, also with anti-static electricity R < 1 MΩ. The hose is equipped with No-skive Type DPF2T ferrule and DPX1XX insert (X: optional). It is certified by MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA, and conforms to BS EN 1360 1W for fluid applications. Working pressure is 20 Bar / 290 PSI, with operating temperature ranging from -40 °C to +100 °C; prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce hose service life. The hose is suitable for conveying petrol and diesel fuel, and designed for petrol and diesel fuel dispensing lines with pressure up to 290 PSI.
