This is an SAE J517 R17 fluid hydraulic hose. Its internal hose is made of synthetic rubber, extruded integrally without joints and with uniform thickness. For reinforcement, it adopts 1 layer of high tensile steel wire braid for sizes up to 1/2", and 2 layers of high tensile steel wire braid for sizes from 5/8" onwards. The outer covering is anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, which is resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions. Regarding fittings, it is equipped with no-skive Type DPF2T ferrule and optional DPX2XX or DPX1XX insert (X is selectable). This hose has obtained approvals from MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA. Its working pressure is 210 Bar / 3045 PSI, and the impulse times are no less than 150,000 times. The working temperature ranges from -40 °C to +100 °C (intermittently up to 120 °C); for water-based fluids, the working temperature is -40 °C to +70 °C, and for hot air, it is 0 °C to +70 °C. It should be noted that prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will reduce the hose’s service life. This hose is suitable for mineral and biological oils, glycol-water based fluids, water and lubricants.
