SAE J517 R15 Standard Hose Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose
Hydraulic Hose Product Introduction
This hydraulic hose is an SAE J517 R15 fluid hydraulic hose with a synthetic rubber inner tube extruded integrally without joints and of uniform thickness. Its reinforcement structure features 4 layers of high tensile steel wire spiral for sizes up to 1'', and 6 layers of spiral for sizes from 1-1/4'' to 2''. The outer covering is anti-abrasive synthetic rubber, resistant to oils, fuels and atmospheric conditions. For fittings, it is equipped with no-skive Type DPFR15 ferrule and DPXR15-XX insert (X is selectable), and has obtained approvals from MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA. It boasts a working pressure of 420 Bar / 6090 PSI and impulse times of no less than 500,000 times. The working temperature ranges from -40 °C to +120 °C (intermittently up to 125 °C), -40 °C to +70 °C for water-based fluids and 0 °C to +70 °C for hot air, with prolonged operation at extreme temperatures reducing the hose's service life. This hose is suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids (mineral oils), glycol-water based fluids, water and lubricants.
