The internal hose is made of PA (polyamide), with a reinforcement structure consisting of 1 layer of textile braid and a black PU (Polyurethane) covering. For its fittings, the ferrule adopts the No-skive Type DPFR7, and the insert is DPXR7-XX (XX is selectable). This hose is an SAE J517 R7 fluid hydraulic hose, approved by multiple certificates including MSHA, BV, GOST, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DAKKS, SGS, MA and DEKRA. Its working pressure ranges from 70 to 230 Bar (equivalent to 1015 to 3336 PSI), and the working temperature is from -40 °C to +100 °C (intermittently up to 110 °C); for water-based fluids, the working temperature is from -40 °C to +70 °C, and prolonged operation at extreme temperatures will shorten the service life of the hose. The recommended media for this hose include petroleum, synthetic or water-based fluids in hydraulic systems
