  The "Super Shield‑flex" series adopts imported synthetic rubber materials. Production is supported by mainstream advanced fully‑automatic closed internal mixers and computer‑controlled closed batching lines, enabling comprehensive defect control for hydraulic hose compound manufacturing.

  Its rubber layers feature continuous integral extrusion, joint‑free construction and consistent wall thickness. Product burst pressure exceeds standard requirements by 10%‑30%. Operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +100 °C (120 °C for intermittent service).

  At equal length, the 3×3 braid features significantly fewer intersection points compared with the 2×2 structure.

  The spindle tension for 2×2 is 4‑5 kg, while that for 3×3 reaches 9 kg. This delivers superior compactness and greatly narrows production‑error tolerance.

  As a result, the 3×3 process provides higher hose flexibility and substantially lowers defect rates. Meanwhile, the tighter braid structure brings dramatic improvements in the hose’s pressure resistance and impulse performance.
