Dme&jde Hydraulic Hose Working Pressure-life Curve Storage Requirements Guide
Product Introduction
This is a professional technical guide from DME&JDE, covering two core modules for hydraulic hoses: Active Working Pressure vs. Working Life Curve and Hose Assembly Storage Requirements.
The pressure-life curve clearly illustrates the direct relationship between actual working pressure and hose service life: when the active working pressure reaches 1.25 times the recommended working pressure, the hose service life is reduced by 50%. The storage requirements section provides comprehensive, actionable guidelines for storing hose assemblies, covering temperature control, environmental restrictions, inventory management and damage prevention, ensuring the long-term performance and reliability of hydraulic hoses during storage and use.

Product Advantages
As shown in the curve, when active working pressure is 1.25 times the recommended working pressure, the hose working life is only half of that under the recommended working pressure. Excessive working pressure will sharply reduce the service life of the hose.
Store hose assemblies at 0-35°C (max ≤50°C), away from ozone-generating equipment, corrosives, heat sources, sunlight, sharp objects. Store flat, avoid high stacking, follow FIFO principle, and protect from gnawing animals.
